  • Unlimited questionnaires — throw every sheet at it, from a two-page SIG Lite to a 400-row enterprise annex.
  • Unlimited knowledge-base entries — every answer you confirm is kept forever and reused across buyers.
  • The AI Vendor Trust Backbone — ~200 questions enterprise buyers ask the AI stack, with editable opinionated templates.
  • Cited, confidence-flagged answers — grounded sources, freshness flags, human approval before anything is sent.
  • Bring your own AI account — Claude, OpenAI, or self-hosted/local. Your data goes to your provider, under your DPA.
  • Onboarding included — you never start with an empty room. We seed your knowledge base from your past questionnaires, trust docs, and policies, and run your first live sheet with you.

Enterprise & self-host

EU self-hosting, a custom DPA, security review, and volume terms. If your own procurement has to sign off on where the answers live, we'll build the terms around that.

Bring your own AI account

The AI runs on your account, not ours.

Matterlyt connects to your own Claude, OpenAI, or self-hosted model. The answers are generated on your account, so your data flows to your provider under your existing DPA — no middleman, no markup, no third party in the chain you'd have to disclose on the next questionnaire. That's a governance decision first; the economics are just a nice side effect.

The economics: a typical 200-question sheet costs about a dollar of your own API credits — roughly $1 with Claude Sonnet and Haiku, around $2 with OpenAI's flagship. Every call shows up in your own provider dashboard, so there's nothing to take on faith. And the per-sheet cost falls as your knowledge base matures: once an answer is confirmed, Matterlyt serves it straight from your knowledge base without calling the AI at all.

we don't resell tokens — you pay your provider directly, visible call by call

↓ over time

confirmed answers skip the AI entirely, so cost per sheet drops as coverage compounds

Figures are approximate and depend on your questions, your models, and how much of the sheet your knowledge base already covers. Your provider bills you directly; Matterlyt never sees a token of markup.

FAQ

Common Questions

What does Matterlyt cost?
$499/month, flat — unlimited questionnaires and unlimited knowledge-base entries, with no per-questionnaire credits, and the first 7 days are free. Enterprise and self-host — EU hosting, custom DPA — are custom; talk to us.
What does the AI usage cost? Are there hidden costs?
Matterlyt runs on your own AI account — Claude or OpenAI — so the answers are generated on your credits, not ours. A typical 200-question sheet costs about a dollar of your own API usage (roughly $1 with Claude, around $2 with OpenAI's flagship), and every call is visible in your own provider dashboard. There's no markup and no per-questionnaire fee from us, and the per-sheet cost falls as your knowledge base matures: once an answer is confirmed, it's served without calling the AI at all.
Why bring your own AI account?
Governance. When Matterlyt runs on your own Claude or OpenAI account, your data flows to your provider under your existing DPA — no middleman, nothing extra to disclose on the next questionnaire. You choose the model (including EU endpoints or a self-hosted model), you see every call in your own dashboard, and your data is never used to train models.
